TAD'ah! : A community portrait
On Saturday 16th September I delivered a pop-up community portrait event with professional photographer David Lindsay, held at The Barn, Tadcaster's brilliant community hub. This project is part of the larger Tadcaster Bus Station regeneration which I was commissioned to undertake by Hazel Colquhoun, Art Consultant for client North Yorkshire County Council. We did a local shout-out to all who live and work in Tad to come along. Our aim is to weave these portraits into a larger photographic composition celebrating the community, as well as the architectural, industrial, and agricultural heritage of the town.
